How do I use my aerosol inhaler?

• Make sure you shake it well before each use.
• If it’s the first time or you haven’t used it in a while then spray it a couple of times. You will see some mist come out.
• Watch the video to hear tips on how to breath correctly when using your inhaler and learn a technique to estimate how long your inhaler will last from when you first started using it.
